The pen is mightier than the cell.

Pennedis my small way of beginning to peel back the labels and stereotypes in order to witness human connection in its rawest form. This is my humble attempt to add some meaningful discourse to the discussion surrounding the American Justice System. And maybe, if we're lucky, we can begin to better understand the person behind the crime and the people on the other end, behind the pen.
